If you are in the market for new construction please learn from my wife and I and don't make the mistake buying a Crown home. We have Bought 3 new homes due to moving for my job but never had issues with not only quality but getting warranty work completed. It started with cracked concrete in just about every part of the garage, driveway sidewalk and patio. During closing they said we would have to wait to see how much more the concrete would crack then decide , it has been almost a year and nothing has been done after constant calls and emails no resolution. We have also had plumbing, electrical, squeaky floors....never in my life have I had to deal with squeaky floors in a new home! The carpet was not stretched properly , and poor trim work. We regret buying this home has been the worst large purchase in the history of our purchases. Don't be fooled buy the square footage and cement board siding its still a turd of a product. If you want poor quality, empty promises , like fighting to get anything done then buy a crown home.
