My wife was placed on this company's site initially for one dollar, then was billed 39.90. I called their customer service line, placed on hold for a long while, was hung up on, on the third attempt I spoke to a woman and tried to cancel this, she said she would cancel. It hasn't happened yet

You call this number and you get a manager. It will definitely get you cancelled. It is 855-421-9615. They charged me and the number worked for me.
