I am sorry to hear about the incident with the female driver. Unfortunately in our industry these things happen.I am a Lead driver at CRST and have trained several members of the opposite sex with no complaints.
CRST's policies against sexual harassment are harsh. Every case is reviewed by safety and actions are swiftly dealt with. If the female student was having problems with her lead, just one call to safety or dispatch would have handled the whole situation.
Many of my former female students have had problems with their codrivers after training. When problems arose dispatch had them off of the truck immediately and discretely before the offending person even knew what happened.
I do not know all of the details about this case, however I can say that Sexual Harassment and threats of violence are not tolerated at this company. CRST has many short comings, but sexual and physical threats, are not one of them.
Good Luck
