I've been working for CRST Van trucking since for nearly 8 months, Today I received mail, that more or less state I owe the $3950, and states that Iresigned from my job, not true in fact at all. A Class A CDL is required for the Job, the sent me to a school did very little for me, infact after going through the school I got a letter saying I need to make an appointment with the DMV to retest in orderto keep my CDL, which I did
in fact I had to make 7 of them do to CRST not communicating with other employees to ensure that I could take my test. Took test twice, was told after second attempt I would have t go to DMV and retest for my permit, which I have again, The safety department has made very little attempt to get me retested as my contract end date is 11/28/2013. I finally got a call last week to be atthe driving school on 11/19/2013 and I would test again on 11/20/2013.
The crazy thing is the information I got today said I was terminated on10/12/2013 that was the day of my last test, call company was passed around like a cheap smoke,go no answers left multiple, the message for people, was told to talk to my dispatcher however he no longer works their.. I just don't don't know what to do, my current plan is to go and test as planned get my cdl and complete my contract and move on, however I want to be prepared should any problems arise in doing so.

Ok so I had a issue passing first go around, im man enough to admit that,
if you could read the rest of my statement above about the unethical practices about them saying I owe the $3950 for what exactly?

It seems like what you are saying is you can't pass the CDL test. Since YOU are the one who is being tested, how is this THEIR fault if YOU are the person who has failed it???
