Betty, glad to hear you've resolved your issue. It's unfortunate that I found your report due to the fact that I'm having the same issues with my system that was installed over a year ago. Hopefully Crum's will get it resolved soon. Greg, I'd love to hear from you as well. I've emailed my service issues to you with no response.

First of all I want to apologize to Greg for not getting this response in sooner than this, for some reason, my other computer will not let me in here. But here it is anyway, thank you Greg for making everything right with my air conditioner, I do not have the problem with some rooms being too hot while others were too cold anymore. I also do not see my electric bill increasing as it did over the year after I had this new unit installed....I would give others your name for a new unit as long as you are still the manager and if I hear of any others with problems in your staffing, I would and will advise them to contact you.....again, thank you Greg, you was a pleasure to work with and thank you for bringing my rebate check to me as you promised.....Greg surely does give very good customer service as he promised Betty/ that once pissed off Oviedo customer

Greg Greg at Crums Climate control, my number should be in your files, unless, that not so nice daughter of the owner erased it, which is a sad day for her father. I know many people and advised her at that time, I would spread the word about how I was treated numerous times. I still cannot believe she would be allowed such access to such delicate site that effects her fathers business. But, may I say, I also wrote a letter to him and called "the owner" on his cell phone and never received any response from him as well. My number is 407-542-6835....If she calls me (the snippy daughter) I will continue to show what kind of business I received. I just wanted to add, I had just gotten out of the hospital where I d**n near died only to hear her horrible response to me. I, nor anyone else deserves to be treated like that. I also never received my rebate of 150.00 that was promised at the time of installation. If you would like to contact me, I am a reasonable person but I will not put up with someone so unprofessional that only likes to waste my time instead of helping out the problem. The air conditioner still does not work like it should.

crums climate control.....in reviewing "the daughters" reply, I am certain you have only cemented the fact that there is no such thing as "good customer service" or quality control at your business. Everyone can read your reply and see not only your age but your compassion for any customers woes in the future. I am very sorry for anyone that had to read the rebuttal and see that they will totally understand what I went though just to get my $5000.00 air conditioner serviced. There are plenty of air conditioner businesses out there that would be happy to help the people of Central Florida......and by the way, Daughter of the owner, he still needs to improve his staff and get rid of people like you who is ruining his business by putting garbage like that of your rebuttal....I am positive you just lost him a good number of customers over that.

Dear Betty from Oviedo (or any other pissed off customers), -obviously it was certainly not our intention to not return your phone calls, nor completely install your system to satisfaction. I do feel i should tell you that we had a very large turnover of employees- one of the reasons being that they were very irresponsible with taking care of our customers, specifically with phone calls. now please let me address your report: 1. 6 appointments? i very much doubt that. 2. 2 with a supervisor? did you speak to them (and what was their name) directly? otherwise i doubt you had 2 appts with a "supervisor". 3. now, the call to the owner- my father, Brian Wrong: why didn't you think to talk to the office manager? they could certainly do a hell of a lot more for you, considering they're actually managing the staff, the techs, and the installers? in my opinion, that seems like the reasonable route to go through. 4. AND THE FINALE- "do not hire this company as they will rip you off?" ma'am, i'm exceedingly proud to say that in the eighteen years my father has owned this company, we have NEVER ripped anyone off. i work at the company myself, so therefore i know exactly what goes on. quite frankly, if you weren't so passive aggressive about it(i.e. writing a report on bad bussiness bureau) instead of just coming down to the office, if that's what it took- that appears to be the competent thing to do in a situation like yours. but hey, what do i know? i've only been in this industry for my entire life.
