So this guy won a system that he was supposed to just throw in the truck of his car and do it himself? Is that how you normally do business with people? " oh, you actually wanted it installed, oh, thats another 2500.00 for us to install the system". It does sound like you are into playing games. First off, a/c systems have to be installed and charged by a technician with a proper licnese to handle freon and a permit is required.

this gentleman while working for crums climate control won a contest that entitiled him to a free 15 seer central air conditioning system for his home. the installation of this equipment was something he was to set up on his ownwith any of the crums employees to do on thier time off.my understanding of the outcome is that he used no one from the installation department( he probally did not want to pay them for a quality installation, i guess getting $4,000 dollars plus worth of equipment free was not enough). crums climate control did not install this equipment nor has this gentleman paid crums climate control any money or have any paperwork to prove different. this is a simple case of an employee that is upset. he was a above average salesman that probably earned more money at this job than ever before in his life.he was fired because of his lack of attention to detail, for example selling customer electric heat units when customer wanted a heat pump. we are still cleaning up some of the messes steve eiland caused two full months after we let him go.there is not a whole lot more we can say, i have only worked for two companies in the 29 years in this business, crums for the last 14 years, this is a very honest company always looking for ways to improve it's customer service. the truth of the matter is that if we felt this person any financial worth whatsoever our attorney would have already been in contact him him for slander. customers are very well protected in florida and if s company is ripping people off they should go to:the state attorney office, the department of professional regulations, the better business bureau, channel 9, channel 6,greg dawson at the orlando sentinel etc. mr.steve eiland we wish you the best, but please leave crums climate control out of your bitterness for getting let go. you made over $90,000 in the year you worked for us not including a free central air conditioner for your home and all your gas paid for. so good luck in the future i hope you do well. brian wrong
