I contacted Cryptohackers to decrypt a file for which I had forgotten my password. They gave me a quote of $300 and required bitcoin payment. I accomplished the requirements and when I tried to contact them for further direction they were gone, the site remained but no way to contact. I did find a email address and sent a message inquiring about the contract but no answer. I reached them thru their hosting site Word Press. Contacting Word Press I received the message that the account of Cryptohackers had been expelled for various reasons that violated their contract. I am livid as this program means the world and I can't open it without help from a de-crypter!
