Crystal Clear Windshield Repair withholding 1099 for 2008 Frisco, Texas
I use to work at Crystal Clear Windshield Repair, Bobby Gates fired me for low numbers, my wife has severe mono now for 11 weeks and it is hard stuff. but all i asked for is my 2008 1099 and Bobby Gates wants to play games by not giving it to me without paying for it, so i would like to complain how this company is ran. First no background checks. convicted felons pushing and holding customers confidential info. They find car washes to lurk appon. Bobby and the car wash owner makes an agreement to pay for ea. invoice made thru customers full coverage insurance. and Crystal Clear Windshield Repair takes advantage of people by pushing over a personality not rock chips. Bobby's big lick is that these customers have trust built up in the washes and when they approach every car and push over every customer for their insurance card aggressively to fix a rock chip not even there. the purpose of rock chip repair is an alternative to save money for everyone when tring to replace a windshield. this process has nothing to do with changing a windshield, there is not even a chip more than 70% of their repairs. i am shocked that car washes even allow this on there lot but money's adds up. benji wins this one. my insurance underwriter highly recommends pay out of pocket and states true will not raise rates BUT he cannot offer lower rates available when 60-70buck comprehensive rock chip claims on their record. educate yourself with YOUR insurance rates thru any insurance underwriter!!! as of now ea. of us pay $225 a year extra because of these repairs. educate yourself to save ourselves money.

Marcus was let go for several reasons but it was not due to low numbers. It was for reasons id rather not mention here. I'm not to bash him.
Going back to what Ive said before, Windshield Repair is a legit business to save the consumer money by not having to replace the windshield. Most all major insurance companies recommend this practice.
Car washes is the perfect place to be able to see a lot of customers at a time who is already there for 15-20 minutes waiting on a car wash, its very convenient for customers to be able to receive this service with no extra wait.
What customer would go through the trouble of handing us there insurance card, making a five minute phone call with there insurance company, if there was no rock chip to fix? I believe consumers are more aware than that. Marcus is clearly just trying to discredit this industry because hes upset with me letting him go.
Crystal Clear Windshield Repair has been in business since 2006. Employees come and go. Some leave quietly, some leave vocally. You really don't know how a person really is until you work with them long enough, then you make a decision to either keep them or let them go because you don't wait them to represent your company any longer. This was the case.
I truly do not like this website due to the fact that anyone can bash anyone for any reason, and once the employee or person calms down the damage is already done. You cannot delete what you post.
I can only hope that consumers can look pass this ex employees intentions.
Consumers please feel free to contact your agent about this service. This does not effect your rates and is a benefit from your insurance provider. And again, if you do have a rock chip, do not ignore it, fix it before it cracks.

Pack up and leave business. This shop has no real address. Totally bogus. I was a vulture at car washes. I am glad he fired me. any time you see a windshield guy at a car wash just picture a vulture landing at you ready to eat your lower rates available to you about to die. Lets make a stand as people and not go to car washes with windshield repairs. Simioniz and Aqua Zoom do not allow windshield guys on there lot because they value their customers.
