Crystal Spear Ronnie Spear Scam Artist, Liars, Unprofessional Greensboro North Carolina
I needed my refridgerator repaired and called Gastonia Appliance Repair (which I found on the internet). They required $50 upfront and if I had the appliance repaired through them supposably the $50 would be taken off the price of the repair. They sent Crystal and Ronnie Spear to my house to repair my appliance. They charged me $200, but couldn't get me an invoice because he had supposably left it at his last job. Yeah, right!!! By the next morning my refridgerator was not working. So I call Ronnie. He claims that he will be back around lunch time to take a look at it. He never called. So I call back multiple times that afternoon and finally through texts he claims that he doesn't have a signal and he will try to come. In the meantime I find multliple complaints on ripoffreport.com on these 2. I let them know this and they claim the only reason they are on there is because of people like me who don't give them a chance to get back to fix it. He then has the nerve to call me the next morning claiming he is coming and never shows. I wrote Crystal a check for the repairs and she immediately went to MY bank to cash the check. I am convinced they knew that they hadn't properly repaired the refridgerator. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!!!! DON'T EVER CALL THEM OR GASTONIA APPLIANCE REPAIR!!!! THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!!!!
