We were with this Water Delivery company for 5 years and for much of it, were unhappy. I know, I know, why would you stay with a company for 5 years when you were unhappy...well water delivery is such a small part or your daily life that its more like a nagging pain than a sharp one. Its an ache that after a while you just say enough is enough, and go see the doctor. This company would ALWAYS miss there delivery day...sometimes by a day...sometimes by a week...the straw that broke the camel's back was they missed a delivery altogether and still had the nerve to charge me. Even when I cancelled the service, they missed the final pickup of bottles and cooler 3 times...yes 3 times I had to call in and play with their phone service for 10 minutes to try and get them to pick up their stuff. Each time the representative would promise that they would be out by such and such a date...but not show up. Then a month after...I get a bill for a delivery that never came along with a late charge. Unbelieveable.
