I ordered a replacement battery for my panasonic hdc-hs900 from this company. I tried using the battery 3 times. Every single one of these 3 times, the camera would shut off in the middle of a shot and not turn back on. When I put another battery in, it powers up and tells me that my data has been damaged, and it is attempting repair. This has happened every single time I used the cs-power/calcellular battery, and it has never happened with any other battery.
After realizing it was this specific battery causing the problem, I asked the company to replace it with a working battery or give me a refund. The one-man operation Patrick Wong responded, saying that he would ship me a replacement battery along with a return slip for the defective battery. One minute later, he sent a second email, stating that he will NOT send me a return slip, that I should mail it back to him at MY expense, and then he will decide whether to give me another battery. I told him I'm not paying for shipping on a defective item when I paid him for a WORKING item, and that I want a refund, not another battery. He ignored all emails after this.
I reported him the Better Business Bureau, which he has ignored all communication from. I reported him to the Attorney General's Department of Justice office of the State of California. He responded to them and LIED about the entire transaction, offering to send me back $2 instead of the full amount that he ripped me off.
