Cs talent ent Caroline schwitzky I Glorivee Toribio was working for CS talents. I worked through the company on two different occasions as a model for music videos. Those 2 videos were compensated but I never got paid. At this moment I am owd $160.00 as a talent ($80.00 per video). I also worked for Cs talent as booking agent for about a month. The job was commissioned paid, I was supposed to get payed 20% of each talent that were booked by me. On 4/26/17 I booked 5 girls for a music video but unfortunately the video was cancelled. Each girl was supposed to get 50$ cancellation fee totaling 250$. I was supposed to get a 20% of that which is $50.00. I was asked to book 5 girls for the same the video for the following day on 4/27/17. So I booked the 5 girls at 250.00 each model. Meaning that I made 250.00 for booking the total of 5 models. This video was cancelled again but the models were paid in full because they stayed at the studio the entire time. I tried calling Caroline a number of times asking when will I get paid, but she always gave me the run around. Hialeah Florida

I couldn't continue to work with her until I got payed. Caroline told me that I owe her money in fees. Which is false. I only owed her 100$ for joining the agency but I just found out that it was illegal for her to charge me a representation fee. Regardless she never did none of things she said she would do for me. She never added me to her website nor did she ever make the digital comp cards she was supposed to give me. It's not fair for her to charge me 100$ when she didn't follow through with her part. Caroline also said that she will freeze my money and not pay me until I get an attorney. I'm unemployed, I can't afford an attorney, and it cost way more than 460$ to get one. I understand that she just doesn't want to pay me what she owes me.because she doesn’t consider me an “important model” like she said in the pass. Please help me solve this problem. At this point I feel helpless. Caroline owes many models in her agency, I used to get the emails because I worked with her, but, she gets away with it because her models don't have legal documents or are afraid of getting black listed by her. But at this point I don't care to work in the entertainment industry anymore, I just want to get the money I worked hard for.
