CSN Stores - Office Furniture.com Will Not Take Returns even though they advertise a return policy Boston, Massachusetts
CSN Stores.com LIES. I received a damaged room divider for my office. The box arrived in good shape so I believe it was broken before it ever shipped. It was broken in 3 different places. I contacted CSNStores.com immediately and they said I could return it, but they would send me info. for return shipping. After a couple of weeks went by and I had not heard back, I contacted them again. They told me that they did not want the damaged divider back but they would credit my credit card. They never issued a credit, so I emailed them several times since then and they always said that they would credit my charge card back, but they never did. It has been 4 months now and I'm tired of arguing - they win. But, I want to warn anyone else not to purchase anything from CSN - if you have a problem or receive a damaged product you will not get your money back. Buyer BEWARE of CSNStores.com
