On or around Feb 22, 2015 I went to Duty Free Cuban Cigars to check out their cigars. On 2/23/15, I put an order in for $322.50, after being told by email they dont accept checks, credit or debit cards from the US. Damien Cayman, who was the one emailing me, instructed me to wire the money using MoneyGram or Western Union . The receiver name was Larry Sillivan Bennett in the Cayman Islands. Western Union emailed me on 2/26 and said the transfer was complete. I emailed Damien and he said he would give me the tracking number as soon as it shipped. Days turned into weeks and no package. I emailed Damien about a dozen times and he kept saying he was swamped with other orders and later said he shipped them, but now its been over a month and nothing.

I already responded to ripoff.com & I will certainly send back any pkg I didn't pay for to you if get one.
Now I would appreciate you remove that post or respond in a positive post. If the first package shows i would appreciate your honesty in returning or paying for it. Thank you!

I don't believe it, but I did finally receive my order today April 15th, 2015. I placed the order back on Feb.22. Wow, I have to give Damien his credit, he did come through, but I did a ton of work after placing the order.

Damien Cayman on www.cubancigars.com.ky and www.dutyfreecubancigars.com is nothing more than a chronic liar and fraudster. He runs those websites and continues to lie and make false claims. He took $322.50 of my money and after 6 weeks of having received nothing, won't even refund my money. A true thief. Stay away from this guy.

Dear Ridley,
After numerous threatening emails, you were explained of our delay with shipments to a certain country due to high demand. Delivery time would also depend on delivery service (which we do not own or have any control over) which can range from 7 -20 days depending on your state region.(East, West,South etc.)
You were also told that there is no tracking number as this method is safer for both parties, which I kept trying to explain to you over and over and with your mind set that you were getting rippedoff instead of showning some patience and understanding.
First and foremost in reading our guidleines and policies which are clearly stated on "Customer Service" page and an electronic receipt thats is sent with every order made.
Now if a customer does not receive a package our policy clearly states a 30 day period and we then assess and re-ship your order. Yes, packages sometimes get thrown to the side and get delivered late or lost or stolen.Yes, it happens...not every clients is honest or employee which unfortunately happens in this strage world of ours!
Thank you for your time again and we hope once you get your package that you will do the right thing and apologize or request this to be removed.
Regards
Damian
