Cuisine Sante International High Pressure sales, Fraud Ottawa Ontario
My Daughter was recently invited to a free meal at Cuisine Sante Internatinal in Ottawa. After arriving they were given the free meal and then it started.
This was nothing but a gimmick to get people in to be treated to a high pressure sales pitch to buy $3000 worth of goods including pots shown in the demo.
Unfortumatly they convinced my daughter and after all was said and done I found out about this. Upon reading the contract I found out that they had quadrupled her salary on paper. She makes below the poverty level and yet they sent this paper work to Desjardin bank who processed it. Her and her boyfiend both stated that that was inaccurate and the salesman convinced them that that was ok and the bank was fine with it. I also noted that the document states that there is a no return policy which my daughter did not initial
I spoke with a Mr. Mike Ayoup at Cuisine Sante in Ottawa and he assured me he would speak with his legal department. He has not called me back or returned my emails.
All one has to do to see what kind of company this is is search the web.
I will be contacting Desjardin banks Fraud dept on Monday to ensure they are also aware of how this company is putting fraudulant information on thier submissions.
In the end I am looking into a Class Action against this company and have built a site to see what the uptake is here in Canada. If you or ayone else has been scammed by this company, feel free to visit csilclassaction.com to provide your info.

It seems you are acting on your daughter's behalf... is she under the age of 18 and therefore not able to enter into any legal agreements? Or, does she have any mental issues that would preclude her for entering into any agreement?
