No comments are made to DAC without valid reasons. If the information was "not true" then the individual should have contacted DAC and filed a complaint. Then DAC follows up. Comments can't be made to DAC. They can be chosen from a list of items on DAC. I do not have this person's identity so I can't look up specific incidents. Very seldom do I base hiring on just a DAC report. This individual must have other "not so perfect" work records if he can't get a job anywhere. Each company is required by DOT to check all past referenced for the last 10 years. Maybe Culverhouse wasn't the only place he abandonded a truck or did not perform his duties correctly. Thank you, The Personnel Dept. of Culverhouse, Inc. PS....this individual nor anyone else from DAC has called about a 'bad review'.

I have just completed my 3 yr probation.I am paying the rest of the restitution fine.I completed a 52 week program on domestic abuse....Problem..i've been turned down for jobs applied.I understand felony accounts are a factor..But i feel after 4 yrs since the incident ishould be given the opportunity to prove myself.As a good lawful citizen.Taking accountability for my actions from the past.And a have!I shoved my ex girlfrien to the ground.I took and accepted the consequences......Paramount great america in santa clara, california.I feel is descriminating my rights to work.And any other place as well.I did not murder or commit a sexual act.I'm not that kind of person.Only a sick viscous animal would do that.....I have sent my complaints to them.and will to places that will here my complaint and my voice.....Paramounts great america should consider my level of my past convition...plz reply to me asap..randy gonzales
