Curt Cloyd had been scamming people for years. He has been involved in many various scams throughout Utah touting himself now as a Real Estate Guru. He lures people into his coaching/mentoring program Draper, Utah
Curt cloyd,So called Real Estate expert. Is actually an expert at taking your hard earned money. Just ask for a list of successful students you can contact that he has coached/mentored and he will tell you that is confidential. He has been scamming people for years. I have documentation that will be included on this report. What do I have to gain from providing people with this information? Peace of mind that I am saving people great financial hardships. He is a glorified telemarketer. Using high pressure tactics to get your credit card number. He has been involved in selling home based business for years. He has sold Internet business opportunities, Real Estate Coaching as well as the famous Post Card Profits scam. Search the public records and see how many actual transactions. All I can see from my research is frauds. Just look what Utah Division of Securities have documented on Barry Curtis Cloyd Jr.(Curt Cloyd). http://www.securities.utah.gov/dockets/10005401.pdf

On March 31, 2010 the Utah Division of Consumer Protection issued an Administrative Citation against Personal Wealth Academy and Barry Curtis Cloyd ("Respondents"). It is alleged that the Respondents were engaging in telephone solicitations with consumers and were selling consumers a business opportunity involving materials, tools and coaching services to enable the consumer to start their own internet-based business. The products and services were to be provided by a third-party company. The Respondents issued full refunds for specified consumers.

It's a shame someone who is unhappy with a campany would actually go out of their way to make a negative comment. It always has amazed me with those who are truelly happy never make positive comments about a company. Maybe there should be a website for this cause.
Anyways, I wanted to take a moment and share a testimonial of a couple who have made money. No I'm not going to devuldge their full names. I'm sure they wouldn't be happy with me for including it.
So Here you go.
This is an email I received from them. Nothing was altered.
"Good morning Michael,
Just sending you a couple pictures of us with our first check from our client we told you about back in November 2012! As you can see the check was for a little over $14,200.00, which means our client got over $10,700.00, (We only take 25%, we want to give them more)! It's very exciting, but more importantly, it's very rewarding to know that this is going to really help the people that receive it. Our client, Robert & Sylvia have been though quite a bit over the last year and they've told us that this will really help out. We've let them know that we are praying for them and they really appreciated that. So, you can see we're not in this strictly for the money. Our hearts are for those we can help!
We have been sending a lot of postcards and calling numbers (many of which are disconnected) that we have but have not seen any results so far beyond our first client. We even had one person call this week that is working with a company out of Denver and he is trying to get money from a sale in Idaho and it has been a long process and just wanted to see if we could do it faster. We told him we could not because he has a contract with the other company. We sometimes wonder just how many of these people we send postcards or letters to have already been contacted since we never seem to get any responses to either mailings or messages left on voice mails. This check coming this week makes all the effort worth it and lifted our spirits as well!
One more thing. On one of the coaching calls last fall, Curt was in the background and said to you that when we got our first check, he would give an IPAD. I know we have no proof that was said but we wouldn't lie so we hope that's still true!
We'll keep you up to date as we get more clients. Are we still going to be considered for mortgage overages as well and how to find those? Let us know.
