Mr. Curtis Arsenal runs Triple C Productions from his own private residence, which is probably one of the reasons why such a company could not be located. Mr. Curtis Arsenal runs his so-called business, which is really not a business and more like a scam and illegal activities from a conference room located in the luxury apartment building called The Medici, which is also the very same apartment complex that Mr. Curtis Arsenal resides. His address is: 725 South Bixel Street, Apartment # 1042, Los Angeles, CA 90017. Curtis Arsenal's direct contact number is: (424) 222 1909. Curtis Arsenal's e-mail adddress is : [email protected]

I'm not even certain if this company, Triple C Productions, is properly registered within the right context of the government and Californian Law and I'm not certain of this company pays taxes, like most or all legal companies should. That is something I feel that it is my responsibility to enquire about.

I had been scammed by a phony film production company called Triple C Productions and the owner of that company, Mr. Curtis Arsenal on November 30th 2009 (the meeting between Mr. Curtis Arsenal and myself took place on November 30th 2009 after our phone calls on November 24th 2009 and November 27th 2009). Triple C Productions is owned by Mr. Curtis Arsenal. He has an associate working with him who goes by the name of Roselyn. She can be reached at her direct line: (662) 322 2553.

An ethical film production company and an ethical filmmaker and producer usually will not/never charge their actors for copies of their own DVDs of the film they shot. Nor should actors ever have to pay to be a part and to act in a film. This is exactly what Triple C Productions and Mr. Curtis Arsenal, the owner of Triple C Productions are doing. I feel that I have been scammed and pressured to pay a $100 during my first meeting with Mr. Curtis Arsenal. Mr. Curtis Arsenal would contradict himself on different occasions, by telling me different versions on why I, as an actor had to pay any money to him and Triple C Productions in the first place, regardless of the amount. He told me two very inconsistent and contradictory explanations and when pressed for further by me for a proper explanation for at least 5 times, Mr. Curtis Arsenal would totally avoid answering my queries, by skirting around my questions or just choosing not to answer them at all. At first, he told me that the money was solely to pay for the DVD copies of the film, which for some reason, I was required to pay for at least 10 copies, according to him, though that was not stipulated as one of the formal terms on the contract tat he and I both signed. He told me that the money was solely being used to pay for the DVDs ($10 a copy). On another occasion, he told me that the $100 which I paid pays for other so-called expenses, one of it being his time, not just solely for the DVDs, which he clearly stated earlier.

I have kindly asked Triple C Productions and Mr. Curtis Arsenal to kindly refund me my $100 and to release me from the contract which I signed and to terminate that contract. Mr. Curtis Arsenal and Triple C Productions have released me from the contract and have terminated my contract but Mr. Curtis Arsenal and Triple C Productions have refused to refund me the $100 which I paid in cash during my first meeting with Mr. Curtis Arsenal on November 30th 2009.

I would like Triple C Productions and Mr. Curtis Arsenal to give me a full refund of my $100. I would also like to make sure that Curtis Arsenal's and Triple C Production's illegal activities and scams will not continue and affect other people. I have not filed a lawsuit yet, but I will not rule out that option.

I have filed a complaint with the County of Los Angeles Department of Consumer Affairs some time in December 2009. I have also contacted the FTC on July 5th 2010.

Other people have been scammed by Curtis Arsenal, too. Please check out what other people had to say. These are not my wrods. These are the complaints of other people about Curtis Arsenal, the scammer and his bogus company called Triple C Productions:

"Triple C Productions/Curtis Arsenal-Independent film production company that has been reported to ask $200 upfront to help with the distribution."

(((ROR redacted)))

"He uses the name "Triple C Productions", just to sound official enough to take your money. The movies are made with a regular digital camera (that you can buy at Office Depot) and put together on a home PC. He claims to be a comedian, and although he uses the word "we" a lot, he is the only producer, director, and writer of the crap that you will never see published on DVD or on the big screen. He targets College Students."

"HE ASKS FOR THE MONEY UP FRONT BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!!! "

"IF YOU ARE ON THIS WEBSITE YOU HAVE EITHER BEEN SCAMMED OR ARE ABOUT TO BE SCAMMED. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY!!! RAISE AWARENESS OF SCAMS BY ADDING THIS PAGE TO PREVENT SCAMMERS LIKE HIM FROM MAKING THEIR DISHONEST MONEY!!!!!"

(((ROR redacted)))

Thank you.
