Custom Built Training Shameful, Broken Promises, Lack of Customer Service. Margate Florida
CustomBilt promised ONE YEAR AGO a refund for pre-paid sessions after they severed ties with UFit in Margate - AND NOTHING SO FAR
My husband and I pre-paid for sessions from CustomBilt while we were going to UFit and at least I loved my trainer - she was great. My husband would have issues with different trainers but we were fine. Once they severed ties with UFit, so many different promises were broken.
Neither my husband and I were unable to use any accumulated sessions and were promised at first that UFit would honor them. Then when UFit would not, they promised us a refund and I heard that some of my trainer's other clients got their refund so it was encouraging. We made our request and were told that we would receive it within 6-8 weeks.
After ONE YEAR now and numerous contacts to their office and being told the same canned response of we see your request and it will be sent out - NOTHING. I feel like asking what do I have to tell my lawyer so that he can appropriately sue them for my money back. They owe my husband and I together almost $2000. That is a major rip-off and it is shameful that they have been able to get away with it all and no one wants to do anything about it.
