Custom Built The most horrible experience in customer service EVER!!!!!!! Internet, Internet
I signed up with Custom Built in Nov. of last year and I regret it ever since. Not only do they hire personal trainers who either don't know what they are doing or care what they are teaching you, but they also don't know anything about customer service on the corporate level. I have had to call four times due to their mistakes and each time I get treated like an idiot and dismissed. Once they get your bank info auto remove your money, they don't care. I had to move and was not going to be close to a Custom Built. I had to pull teeth to get them to cancel my membership and then two months later there was a "computer glitch" and they took out my money again. Now I am dealing with their attitudes to correct their mistakes. Plus, they haven't even apologized for taking the $ in the first place. DO NOT, sign anything with Custom Built!! They are a horrible company!!!!
