I orderd my 2 items on Jan 2 for a Baby Shower on Feb. 4th. I ordered in plenty of time to get my items. As of today Feb 2.. I have NO items. I have sent several emails to Karen. She comes back with one excuse or another. I click on tracking and nothing comes up. She said that the package came and was taken back to my post office. I called my post office they have nothing. Any way my post office will leave a slip at my door, if I get a package. I am home when my mailman comes....I have sent her the post office phone number to call.. I have notice that most people get there items after its to late. I have ask several times for a refund. She has NOT mention a refund at all. I filed a claim with Paypal.. I just want a refund. I would NOT order from this company and I will let all my friends know this.... At one point it took over 2 weeks for her to answer my emails.
