Custom Cake Supply Blue Grass Hobbies Sent e-mail stating they had sent my package on 01-14-2010. Did not actually send until 02-04-2010 after paypal dispute opened Internet
I ordered a cake topper for my son's 4th birthday party. I ordered and paid threw paypal on 01-12-2010, on 01-14-2010 they sent a delivery tracking number stating that they had mailed item on 01-14-2010. My sons party was on 01-23-2010. I never received the item, even after I e-mailed them 3 times. Finally on 01-22 I opened a dispute with paypal. Nothing.... On 02-08-2010 I received my package from customcakesupply.com, a little too late. I called the PO and they said that the item was not delivered to the receiving center in Shelbyville KY until 02-04-10. I am just disgusted with a company who would behave like this. They are cheaters and liars!!
