Complaint Review: Custom Concept Chrome - Orillia Ontario

in early dec. at the toronto motorcycle show i put a deposite of $100 on my having my custome motorcycle frame and swing arm chromed

dave small said it was going to be a 2 week process, but with christmas holidays it might be 4-5. they picked up frame and swing arm on dec. 19. at wich time they said they would try and have it back to me by jan 4. i saw them at the superbike show .i asked them where my stuff was they responded that they were doing it at the shop as we speek. and should have it the following week.

a week later. i stared calling, leaving messages and getting no responce. one day i talked to some guy there said it was done and looked grat and would have someone call me as to when it was going to be returned. no call back. i have left countless messages. then finally i get an appologetic call from dave small that they had a power outtage. and they had peeling issues and to be safe they were going to re-do it to be safeand he would personally deliver it feb 03. then called back said he wouldnt be able to have it done . was more important that it was done in nothing less then perfect condition.

i was to be gone away for a week and he promised on feb 15 he would personally deliver it any where in the world. so on his word, i took another day off work to make sure i got the delivery. no show , no call. left tons of messages, not ruturned. finally a week later i get another apologetic call.dave small said he was away ( which later i found out was at daytona 500). and told me he had left specific instructions on it being delivered and didnt know what happened. to wich i responded " you were going to personally deliver it!" i told him i want my proerty back immediatley

he said he couldnt deliver it as there was a death in the family . i told him to fed ex it or ups . i want it back . he says he will a place for delivery and call back. when he calls back feb21. said i might bet it fri. feb 22. but for sure monday. take another day off work mon. no show , phone , no answer, and still not returning my calls. ii checked with the company he said he used to ship fed ex frieght and they have no record of any such shipment.

i have been intouch with police. i have also done some investigation of my own. ive heard of fraud, similar situations as mine . im left with no choice but to press charges. still waiting for my frame and swing arm $7000 of my property that im not going to give up . i promise!!! Dave small also is afiliated with another company called Canadian Classic Collector Cars 1822 Big chief rd. orillia 705-327-7366 and i obtain a cell # aswell 705-345-3278. check the better busness bureau and its not looking good there either.
