In Dec '08, I ordered one of their custom T-Shirts on Xmas week, for a Xmas present. The shirt was too small, and as per Custom Kingdom's return rules, I had 14 days to return for exchange. They replied back to return the T-shirt to a 'PO Box' address (which I thought was unusual, since most returns are made to a physical address).

Three weeks later, I still had not received anything, so I emailed them, and a week later, no reply. I emailed them again, and I finally received a reply asking me when it was that I returned the T-shirt. I replied back with my response, and since I have never heard from anyone at Custom Kingdom again! Despite my numerous emails (copying my original emails) asking for someone to respond back, I have yet to hear from anyone at Custom Kingdom, with a resolution!!! The shirt was suppose to have been a Christmas present!!! Now, a family member is out a Christmas present, not to mention my shame and embarrasment, and worst of all, I'm out the $30.00 I paid for that god forsaken shirt!!!

I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT SHIRT ANYMORE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

This company has a severe problem with customer satisfaction!!!

Now I understand why they do not include a MAILING address with their contact information!
