Custom Kingdom - Custom-Kingdom.com Another rip-off by Custom Kingdom Internet
Yet another customer ripped off by Custom Kingdom. A friend of mine recently had a baby, so I ordered a customized onesie from Custom Kingdom. Well, I did actually received the onesie about 3 weeks later, but it was in the wrong color scheme--I had ordered a purple onesie with black writing and I received a white onesie with purple writing. I made countless attempts to e-mail them about the incorrect product I received and asked how this can be resolved--this was weeks ago and I have yet to receive a response from them. I would have just sucked it up and given my friend the one I received; however, the lettering on the onesie was printed so poorly that it looks like it's been through the washer several times and has peeled off/faded away--completely unpresentable and unacceptable to give as a gift.
Based on the other complaints on this site regarding this merchant, it seems unlikely that this will be resolved, or if it ever is, the kid I purchased this onesie for will probably be way too big to ever use the product. But, what I did do as a last attempt at resolving this situation is to refute the charge with my credit card company. I filled out a report and explained the situation, so now I just have to wait while the credit company investigates it and makes a final decision on the situation. I just keep kicking myself that I should have known better than to order from this site, which listed no phone number or address--what a fraudlent set-up!
