Custom-Kingdom Online company Custom-Kingdom took money but never sent merchandise Interet
Several weeks ago I ordered a passport cover from Custom-Kingdom.com. They charged my account and said I would receive my custom passport case in a few weeks. Several weeks later I sent an email to check order status because I was anxious to get the case prior to an upcoming trip. They replied and said it had been shipped and I would receive in a few days.
It did not come in a few days, nor did it get to me before my trip (I made it clear I would pay additional shipping if necessary to receive in time). After I returned from my trip, I waited a few days and sent a follow up email to check again on the status. At this point I did not receive a response from the company.
I tried three additional times (for a total of four follow up emails) to get in touch via email and still nothing. I sent the fourth email to the order status department AND to the sales department and still no response. In my final email I requested that the company simply refund my money and not even worry about what happened to the passport case....again, no response.
I checked online and unfortunately the company does not list a phone number so I am not able to call and speak with a live person so I am at the mercy of email. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Clearly they either never shipped it or it was lost in the mail (not my fault...they should use a shipping method that provides tracking!!). In the beginning I didn't even care...they could have told me it would be an additional three weeks and I would have been just fine with it. However, taking my money and not providing the product for which I have paid for is unacceptable.
Do NOT order from this company. Their customer service is terrible at best and you are not likely to get your merchandise. Stay away!!!
