Customer Magnetism customermagnetism they call this customer service and results!! Va Beach, Internet, Virginia
Spending $3000 a month should get me results on the internet. At least that is what they promised! I should have believed the reports on here but I listened because they were close by. I hear clients are leaving them in droves.
After 5 months, bubkus on results and I decided to leave. They still expect a penalty but good luck getting it. I did not get anything on the 10+ keywords they were working on and not only did they not return my phone calls, they would not even respond to my e mails.
I changed to an India company with only a few employees and spending $500 a month on 10 keywords. Business is booming!!!! Made enough to make up for Customer Magnetism fiasco and then some. Sometimes outsourcing out of the country is a good thing. Maybe they (Customer Magnetism) aren't as smart as their smugness shows them to be.
Stay away - they are not a good business model. Salespeople were weak but since they were a "Top 10" company, I bought into them since they were local. I wonder how much they paid for that top 10 ranking. I called Top SEO and they said that rankings were directly linked to advertising with them. Now I know where my link building money went.
We need a comprehensive review of SEO companies like we do every other industry that makes a habit of ripping people off. Then CM wanted me to exhibit in the bullshit marketing expo they have coming up.

I wish more people would defend these bogus complaints that Rip Off report so ignorantly allows people to post with "no" "zero" proof required. I don't know who wrote the complaint on Customer Magnetism but clearly it's either a competitor or a former employee that is totally unethical. If this person were real and posoted his/her name I bet they would be sued for slander (and lose big time), but why would a liar post their name?
Any person with a brain can tell this complaint was written by someone "in the industry". Anyone who knows the s****.>
To anyone reading the complaint on Customer Magnetism I just have this to say, "The management team of Customer Magnetism is of the highest caliber. Furter they have NEVER outsourced any of their SEO work (including the claim of the India based company) But don't take my word for it or anyone who wont show their face/name, call Customer Magnetism and ask for references. If your serious about thier services you will get plenty of testimony and You will be extremely impressed with the responses". Also, selling over 3 million dollars in annual SEO revenue they have been a memeber of the BBB since 1996 and STILL have an A+ rating. Gee, how could such a scam pull this off? I noticed the complainer didn't file with the BBB because he would of had to show his face and back it up. It's a shame that the reputation of good honest people can so easily be tainted by low lifes that hide behind curtains. I hope more good people will defend the reputation of good companies that are victims of bogus complaints on this website.
