I went to CVS Pharmacy to get a prescription filled and received old and broken up after 2 days of having them. they still owe me 16 of the augmentin which is not in the fast movers section as they claim or else a Doctor wouldn't have said they were old he should know he is a doctor. anyhow then i had a negative developed with a white stripe attached to it and they try to tear the white strip off so fast that they tore the negative in half almost and no compensation on any of it. if you want to file a complaint email. Jaime M. Martin at CVS at jmmartinatcvsdotcom. So now thanks to CVS calling me a german a liar along with my parents and my doctor i also have a negative that i never got compensation on them tearing it. and also one time i was using the kodak picture maker and dropped a picture between the wall and the picture maker with my mom there and we asked for an employee not busy just standing around (a mexican and an american) and not having a line just ignoring us. so i just pulled the kodak picture maker out to get the picture myself as the manager wouldn't even help. the cables came unplugged and the thing shut off but thats the fault of the employees if they would have just gotten us a broom all that could have been avoided. anyone else having problems like this at CVS?

Well I'll never go to CVS as they don't care at all. I've found the pictures of the old pills and the negative that was in great condition to be a 20 yr old negative it was like a new one is. and not old and brittle at all like they claimed.

Don't go to CVS they don't care and lie

I received a letter shortly after writing CVS with the complaint that they gave me old pills as the nurse saw they were old and has been proven online that they do this. they were kept in the bottle that i was given and kept at home in a place where other pill bottles were where the pills weren't cracked and falling apart like these were. all they had to do was give me other ones but they refused to take responsibility. so I wrote them again recently and now are denying me the right to have them fix a negative that the inexperienced employee almost tore completely in half due to wrecklessness claiming the film was old and brittle when it wasn't but their brain is. This film was in good condition when it was dropped off to have a picture made of it and received the picture and the negative torn. now they said that they denied me the right to have them pay to get the negative fixed which po'd me and my mother whom went to school for the film lab while the ones at CVS don't.

So now they are not taking responsibilty on the old pills and the torn negative. Thanks for showing me how some americans are.

All the negative had was a white strip on the top of it attached with glue to the negative that if carefully taken off will come off with no problem. That is until i took it to CVS where I thought they were educated about handling of film, Was I wrong.

Update on CVS as of 12/6/09

I received a letter from CVS sometime ago saying they were denying this time the photo and not the pills like they did in the last letter from Mrs.Donovan. In that letter they said they wasn't going to do anything about the pills and didn't mention anything about the photo at all and now they said they are denying me the right to get compensation for the torn film that wasn't old and brittle as they claimed. they just have high school kids that don't know how to handle film. my mom went to film school for years where they were taught not to touch the negatives or else there would be fingerprints on them. So it's good to see that CVS lies and don't care about customer service. First they deny the pills that even the nurse saw was old that's why i was able to get a new script and get pills again. and now they deny the pictures as they were AT FAULT.

So don't give any business to CVS at all they don't care about customers only Money.

Still a ripoff and no compensation, please avoid CVS under all costs

I got a letter in the mail today (from Shannon [email protected]) saying they were still denying my right to compensation due to me getting augmentin 875mg from them in 12/07 and then after a couple of days they started to crack and become brittle and no longer usable. guess they are calling me liars well my parents saw how they were and so did the doctor so the doctor gave me another prescription to get it again, this time at another pharmacy. these people don't care about customers, only about the money they can make of them. talked to a customer one time and told me how many times CVS ripped them off. heck the managers don't care either. and i sill had 16 pills left in that condition, i have pictures of them as proof but still have to get them off my storage disk. SO PLEASE AVOID ANY CVS.
