CWL CWCLEANSE SKYMARK MYGARCINIAS Offered a free trial and then charged me twice for the whole order I don't have that information It looks like Arizona and Colorado
I was offered a free trial but was asked to pay postage of $4.95. The postage really cost 19.95. Then when I received my March bank statement it showed that on the 22nd of the month CW CLEANSE charged my account with $84.00 and on the 27th of the month SKYMARK charged me $87.00. When I called at first Skymark didn't answer so I called Cw Cleanse and they at first that I didn't read all the instructions and that I wasn't going to get my money back and then when I started saying that I was calling Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General they decided that maybe I could have 1/2 my money back.
I said that it wasn't acceptable because I have all my bills deducted from my bank account and they had messed it all up and I was now paying nsf check amounts. I then tried again to get the other company and they answered. They said the same thing but said I would get the full amount of $87.00 back. I then called the first company back and they said that both companies were the same and that I had agreed to the $87.00 and I would not be receiving any more money back. This has cost me a lot of money and I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and cannot afford this kind of treatment.
