Okay its all good I got a different usb cord. Nope, they gave me back a faulty one that cannot charge or even operate on the computer. I'm just really angry because now I have to go to the store and buy a new one for 20 bucks. I mean how bad can a company get? Improperly looking over my product just to say it has corrosion all over it even though it operates flawlessly. voiding my warranty. Stealing my usb cord, and then giving me back something that is completely useless. I just think that something better needs to be done about horrible companies like cyber test.

Just got it back about an hour ago. I opened the box to find that my usb cord is missing. called them and they are going to ship it back. I mean come on, can't you guys do anything right? You guys are fitting the perfect description of all the other horror stories I've heard about cyber test. I'm going to try and make it out to the iPod store today and get a second opinion on the 'corrosion'.

Just got a phone call from the warranty company saying that there was Corrosion found on the click wheel and mainboard. And my warranty was voided. I'm really upset now. Why didn't they see that the first time? I always kept it clear from liquids and have never got it wet. I'm wondering if they screwed it. And it's not like it got wet when I had it back for a week because I had it connected to my computer the whole time. Other people who had corrosion said that there ipod wouldn't do anything, it was dead. Mine just didn't charge back up. You would think that just one part on the mainboard being corroded would make it all not work. I'm going to wait and see what my ipod does when I get it back. Maybe they screw you when you call back complaining that they didn't fix your property?
