At the end of October I ordered four videos from Cyberdream.com as a Christmas giff (this was over $100). By the end of October I contacted then since I had not recieved my order. I was told there had been a shipping mixup and would recieve my order in a few days. I sent more e-mail a week later but recieved no response for for two weeks, so I sent e-mail asking to have my bank card credited for the order I never recieved. This time I did get a response thanking me for my recent order. Again my card was hit for over $100. Now I have paid over 200 dollars for 4 movies I never recieved.I filed a complaint with my bank but Cyberdream claims that the charges are valid.

1. Cyberdream has used it's relation with Hornyrob.com to claim ownership, where the links on HR to CD were nothing more than paid links. 2. the owner Cyberdream had been blaming Hornyrob for every stupid thing he did. He was more out traveling than doing custom support and messed up his company aswell as his personal life. 3. Cyberdream lost it's merchant account because of over 300 charge backs. 4. Hornyrob removed all links but kept some of the tapes and other merchant to sell and make up for the over $10.000 Cyberdream owned them. 5. Hornyrob is in no way involved in Cyberdream, the last owned 5% of Hornyrob as part of the deal to provide adult material to sell and nothing else. 6. When Hornyrob took over the customssupport of the NewServer, there has been NO complain since! And 7, last but not least, The owner of Cyberdream, also known as "Bad Misha" died a few weeks ago, 100% totally broke. And the people form Hornyrob.com paid for his funeral and monument as there was nobody else the police could find to contact and everybody felt sorry as the guy made it to just 43 years old. Hornyrob had ONE charge back in the last 6 years, of a rip off that collected the ordered DVD's and than wanting his money back, not willing to send the DVD's back. Their lawyer took care of that problem! Complains about Cyberdream are 100% ok, but don't connect that name to Hornyrob as you are blaiming him and his friends for something they have no part in!

HornyRob and CyberDream have not been associated in 5 years. This thread is now very misleading. Cyberdream was at the time this was written not even online. I am not sure CD this person ordered, but if they were not satisfied the first person they should have contacted was us, we run a top notch customer-support operation and would have done our best to satisfy them. Since we were never contacted we could not have possibly been aware they were not satisfied. I suspect the CD ordered was Bulgarian Babes as it is the most subjective of the adult CD line, (We have never had ANYONE complain about Anna Marek, Xiola or Heidi) While some adore Bulgarian Babes and praise it (search the web using this key phrase) we have also seen others have as strong a response as was stated here. I know some who swear this CD is excellent - and others who disliked it totally. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.... as he refered to multiple models this would be the only CD we would think qualifies to this unless this compliant was simple slander. While we cannot control if someone will like or dislike a given product and think the models attractive, our customer support is important to us and you complaining before ever making us aware you had a problem seems unjust to warrant a compliant and very subjective... If you were not satisfied all you ever had to do was contact us and state your feelings.

I do not know anything about Cyberdream.com or the other web sites listed. However, I have had experience with Hornyrob.com and will comment since they seem to be somehow connected. I ordered a cd from them(hornyrob.com) and it was shipped in a reasonably timely manner. THIS IS WHERE THINGS WENT BAD. When I saw the photos of the worn out hags I was repulsed. This cd contains images of some of the ugliest women I have ever seen in my whole life. The girls on cd looked like worn out sagging drug addicted flat chested prostitutes. It was disgusting. I could not find anything remotely attractive about any one of them. This was the biggest waste of money. So you should consider yourself lucky, you only lost your money. I have forever had these horrifying naked images burned into my mind.

Rebuttal:
It is stated the CyberDream and HornyRob.com
are the same company, and this is just not so. Also
our number is on the website for voicemail too, and
a simple DNS search will show CyberDream is a U.S.
company, and Hornyrob.com is a Dutch company. Some
items are still billed CyberDream, but we handle all
customer response issues on our products, the only
elements that are controlled by cyberDream are the
news server... and off site links to websites that
also are 3rd parties.

Also anyone can test and see we answer our mail
multiple times per day at this address. (I invite
anyone independent to test response time) Cyberdream
and HornyRob were at one time the same company, but
split apart years ago. It is not fair that HornyRob.com
be held accountable for CyberDream issues anymore than
Cyberdream should be held accountable for HornyRob
issues... anyone who has ever written me and said there
is a problem has gotten satisfaction.

Reading these cannot know whom the people are... but some
of this just does not make good sense.. anyone who does
E-Commerce is aware that a dissatisfied consumer can
dispute a charge and be given credit with a phone call and
that merchants are charged a penalty for a chargeback, it
makes no sense not to give clients a refund if they ask
as it would only cost a company twice as much in penalties
to do less.

Both CyberDream and HornyRob.com (again separate companies)
have thousands of customers a year... if we pissed 1% of
these off like am seeing here would lose our merchant
accounts in a flash. I will not and can not be responsible
for Cyberdream issues, but anyone who is ever dissatisfied
with HornyRob.com purchases or with our news server should
contact me directly at [email protected] and i will do
my best to see you are satisfied one way or the other.. we
are a VERY customer satisfaction oriented company.
