RIPPED OFF BY THE CYBERSONIC FREE BRUSH REPLACEMENTS FOR LIFE
CYBERSONIC IS SUPPOSED TO AUTOMATICALLY SEND BRUSH REPLACEMENTS EVERY 3 MONTHS FOR A $4.65 CHARGE. THE FIRST TIME I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE THEM, I HAD TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIND OUT WHY THEY HAD NOT SENT THEM. SHORTLY AFTER, MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED BUT THE BRUSHES DID NOT COME. I EMAILED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS A DELAY AND EVENTUALLY I DID RECEIVE THEM. NOW, I SHOULD BE RECEIVING A 2ND AND 3RD REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT AND I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. THERE IS NO LONGER ANY WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH THE CYBERSONIC WEBSITE AND WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I GET A RECORDING STATING EITHER THE CIRCUITS ARE BUSY AND TRY AGAIN LATER, OR A RECORDING STATING THE BEST TIMES TO CALL ARE BETWEEN 6-8 AM AND 4-7 PM PST WHICH I HAVE DONE AND STILL GET NO ANSWER, BUT A RECORDING.
