I ordered the toothbrush May 26, 2001. It is now Oct. 19, 2001. I did receive the toothbrush, but in hearing the bad things about this company I decided not to open it, just to get a return tracking # and returned to sender. That was July 2nd, I am still waiting for my refund, and get the same story ever time I call them.
Either the computer systems are down, they will put it through give it 2 weeks.
I advise anyone and everyone not to even waste their time with this company, and wish everyone the best of luck with getting their refunds and so forth.
