Shannon from Knoxville, TN what are you waiting for??? I know that e-mails have been sent to you about the rebuttals to the totally hilarious report you filed! OK, so you've spent probably a good 215+ hour's merching over the 20 or so days since I last responded to you. Still I would have thought that you would have come here to try and defend Cydcor against people like me! Did you quit yet? Or are you still all juiced up?? Still making that $500-$700 that you were claiming??? Did you ever check the web site I told you to go check?? Come on Shannon, I want you to defend your company, I want a good laugh right now

This is to Jeff & Shannon (well everyone), But first Jeff, I am really sorry for what happened to you. I, too, nearly lost my fiance during my 8 months with Cydcor. Thankfully he stuck around, but I'll tell you what I DID lose; Financial Stability, 23,000 miles on my car, my apartment, 21 lbs bc I couldnt afford to eat since I was feeding 4 Days of O a week, and oh yea... I lost my pride. Here's what I gained; 4,000+ dollars in debt, a trip to Cancun, oops nevermind I actually found out AFTER the trip that my previous two paychecks paid for it, poeple yelling at me all day, and a kick to the curb for "causing waves in the company". You want to hear my story? Read the first article on this website from Anthony in Glen Burnie... I realized that I trained this guy, and responded. Jeff, sue their pants off. It has been just over 6 months and I am now suing Madison Marketing Group for $4,000+. why you ask? Because when I left the company the owner just decided she shouldnt pay me for the last month and a half/5 days a week/12 hours a day schedule that I slaved. And within one month she sent me on two road trips 6 hours from home- which I had to pay for myself! Hotel, gas, food, maps, etc... and THIS IS CALLED "INVESTING IN YOUR BUSINESS". First lesson poeple: the more personal money you put out for this job, the more likely you will be promoted. This is how you're brainwashed. I dont think all that techno music and chanting did anything for me bc I never participated. I thought everyone was crazy. Here IS what worked: You get this crummy job, no insurance, no expenses paid, unequipped in a hostile environment of pissed off customers, and a 70/hr week work schedule with the promise that in 6 months you get your own company... BUT you have to be the hardest working person in that office, and that you know. AHA! See? Then you have 30+ poeple competing against eachother to see who can slave the hardest. They put in your mind that this is some American Idol dream that you have to sweat for and the rewards are good and for two hours every morning reverbiate these non-existant rewards. So you go out into the field thinking to yourself "you have to keep going, work harder, take control" until you pass out. You're a robot. Forget it... I was the hardest working person in my office. I slaved. I lost everything and blindly put my faith in the system. When I discovered wrong-doings - including myself doing the wrong- I was kicked out for- again- "causing waves". I was threatened several times by my previous employer that if I pursued the commissions owed to me, she would take LEGAL action against me? Seriously... am I stupid? Well, obviously, because I worked there for 8 months. Thats what she must be thinking. But to make such an empty threat actually thinking that would scare me away from remembering the $4000+ dollars she owes me??? I have a lawyer + 8 previous employees as depositions and she has one month to pay me. Otherwise this goes to district court. Calling Cydcor headquarters does NOT work. They have poeple who are hired to specifically work on these cases and give you the run-around and say "we are working on this". My advise, since you say you got your money back. Call the local news station. I'm sure Cydcor along with Bell South, AT&T and UPS wouldn't mind being covered on the local news on how corrupt they are. Shannon: Good Luck.

I really don't know what you're claiming.(What are you claiming? Your office is Legit???) Maybe this line of work isn't for the new at heart to sales. I started with car-sales and then timeshare. You want hard, try starting with one of those. (If it was hard, why did you stay as long as you did? Also I hated cydcor, why would I try something worse? If it really is worse, which I doubt!) The second interview is to let you know what the average day is like for a sales rep. If you didn't like it, why did you take the job? (Because I was basically unemployed. Working for $6.35 isn't anything. When LIED to and promised millions, I figured to give it a shot. Who would imagine I would take a job to LOOSE money! You work to make money after 45 days what did I have? A dead car, $4000 in bills, and $194 total dollars paid to me! What an opportunity!!! What is that, a profit of negative $3806 dollars? And it's not just me which got screwed Go to DSMAXTHEAFTERMATH.com! They have like a thousand people who have joined to talk about how it is truly the worst company in the world) I actually am doing pretty good and I'm not even a leader. I've worked for about two weeks on my own with them and average $500-$700 dollars a week. (Yeah right!, the leaders in my office were there for over a year and maybe would be lucky to con others for $450 a week.. Anyone new was lucky to make $200, working 70+ hours!) This past week for example, I made $556 and it would have been more but had a client tell me to come back next week when they had additional telephone lines put in.(OH, OK! They were just trying to get rid of your sorry a*s with out being rude and hoping that you don't come back, because then they will get rude!) Last week, I made $667. I peddle Bellsouth and it's been the easiest thing that I've had to sell ever. They don't have to come out of pocket unless they want new lines or DSL added. Our office averages $9000 dollars a week, pays out $5000 in wages, about a grand in operating expenses(What, umm????) and profits $3000, and I'm in Knoxville, TN of all places. (Must be a BIG office! Must have some juiced up liars! Also I thought you said that you've been there just 2 weeks. How would you know this? Just like your boss I'm sure brags about their 6 figure income which is really like $25,000 AT MOST!!!!) The pay plan forwards 80% up front and then the other 20% to cover if a deal goes sour.(These #'s aren't right My AWESOME office held 50% of it. I wish I received 80%) It's so they don't have to have chargebacks. If you don't know what a chargeback is, listen. (LISTEN?!?, I love the way you say it I know right there, you're an idiot!) Get paid for something and if it cancels, the company takes back your commission on that past sale. Any commission sales job takes a while for you to get a pay check. I worked for Fairfield resorts and it took about 4 1/2 weeks to get me my first one.(Try about 15 weeks for me and you wonder why I'm pissed?!? 15 weeks with out a pay check, who can survive like that?!?!) Any sales job takes time to get into the groove and you just have to stick it out to get the wheel going.(I feel like I'm listening to my leader talk again! This is the crap you tell people in their first week so they don't quit! and I'm NOT buying it, looser!) Once it does go it pays out pretty good.(Actually once I did get paid, I only received of what was owed to me Their way to give one final slap in the face) Our philosophy at our office is to maintain the highest standards of integrity and ethical business practices. (CYDCOR??? Oh I'm going to vomit now! Please don't talk about Cydcor in the same sentence as the words integrity and ethical ewww, anything but.Cydcor doesn't know the first thing about integrity) That's probably why we are doing so well. When people look at us at their offices, it's like they have their own Bellsouth rep there. (Well now did you sleep through your training or something?? That was one of the first things I learned that we were not to be looked at as a Bell South rep! We were in and out, please them while there, but never go back once you've closed them. And never give out your cell phone or leave any business cards. Also they don't think of you as a rep, they look at you the same way you look at telemarketers! Your nothing but a peon low life scum, and going no where but down with them! You ever wonder why so many people slam the door in your face? Is that because they look at you as their Bell South Rep?!?) If you're new to the world of sales or are considering another sales job, it's like this where ever you go. If you don't like it, leave.( I DID LEAVE!!! And No its not the way they all run!!! IF so, there would be no more door-to-door jobs out there anymore! The reputation of ALL sales jobs would have been wide spread by now if it were This b/s is just cydcor/granton/innovage/ds max or what ever the hell they decide to call their B/S company!) Shannon - Knoxville, Tennessee (I doubt you're a bad person, you just work for a bad company! I hope you see this soon and get out before you make some serious mistakes and loose all your money, family, friends, car, house! Get out while you can) http://groups.msn.com/DSMAXTheAftermath Just like the Matrix, you take the red pill (ignore me) and you go home and live another TERRIBLE DS MAX day!! Or you can take the blue pill (blue link to the left) and you can see just how deep the rabbit hole really is!!! Your choice, choose wisely!

I worked for two Cydcor offices for a total of about 14 months and I know what you are dealing with. I had some issues with getting money owed to me as well. I did not though, have to deal with the office that owed me money up and leaving as in your situation. If you know who the manager was, you could just look on monster.com or whatever job ad site the company posts its positions on. even if they moved they sure as hell are still hiring. Since you worked there for a while, I am sure you know what to look for so that is one way to track them down. Another way may be to call Cydcor Corp. headquarters, they gave me the run around when I tried to get info about certain offices so this may not be the best way to go. The phone number is 818.706.9500 I got that right off their website, I would give it a shot. Just be discreet...tell them you are moving there and had an interview but when you went they weren't there and you need to find out where they went. They ask for your name so be prepared with what you are going to say to them...it just may work.\ I was screwed over by these people for a long time and I hope you get your money. Either way you are better off for now working with them anymore. good luck!!
