I tried to serve some legal documents in regards to this lawsuit to the office of Cyrus Meshki but it turns out he is so cheap and so unsuccessful that he does not even have a real office or a real assistant. His office which is located at 10866 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 400, Los Angeles CA 90024, is a Da Vinci Satellite Business Center where he rents a space for $95 a month just for the address and another $100 just for about 16 hours of conference room hour per month. So when I showed up at the office to see him personally for service of the documents, a very rude receptionist who was according to herself a new contract hire refused to accept the documents giving all kinds of excuses as to why she could not accept the documents except telling the truth that this was not a real office but just a fake address office.
I left the documents at the door anyway. When we inquired of Meshki the following day if he had received the package he answered no and asked us to mail it to him. Even though I was sure he was lying I mailed him another set at the cost of over $9 with tracking and delivery confirmation.
A few days later we received a document from Meshki which was a copy of a complaining to the court that not only we did not serve him the documents personally but that he did not receive the documents in mail more than six days later than when he was supposed to.
The USPS tracking documents show that attempts were made at the delivery of the documents on the first day possible but that he deliberately did not accept the documents and had them returned to the USPS center and did not pick them up until the very last day he could have.
This corrupt and crook criminal has claimed all of this under penalty of perjury in a court declaration a perjury is a crime, he has also perjured himself as to many other claims. In a four page document he has lied more than 15 times.
Cyrus Meshki is being referred to law enforcement agencies as well as to the State Bar of California. Crooks like these should not have a license to practice unlawfulness and must be disbarred.

I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of an attorney. They are very knowledgable and know how to deal with complex issues. They are detail oriented and complete all paperwork accurately, leaving little room for disputes from other attorneys. I was looking for a lawyer and thank god I found Dr. Meshki to represent me. He poved my innocence in accusations made and was able to get me not only a winning settlement, but also all my costs and attorney fees from the other side. He is the best attorney I have ever met.

The law firm's frivolous rebuttal to my report claims that Cyrus Meshki and his associate, Roya Simantob, have been in business for 40 years. This rebuttal should be a proof of this law firm's fraudulent claims and activities in that California State Bar records indicate that Meshki has been a lawyer since 11/2/1992 (21 years) and Simantob only since 12/4/2008 (5 years).

This report is untrue. In our nearly 40 years of legal practice, we never had a client by this name. Lawyers who win cases are not surprised by bizarre and strange behaviour of the other side who has lost the case.

Ms. Sanam Mozaffarian claims that she has been a client of this law firm since 2003 and that this is an excellent law firm.
This posting is very suspect as it comes after this law firm has vigorously attempted to have this report removed. But most importantly this law firm specializes in civil and family law and not business law which makes Ms. Mozaffarian's claim fraudulent in and of itslef unless she has been constantly involved in divorce and litigation since 2003.
Also this posting is highly suspect in that this site and its reports are for the benefit of people who are searching about the reputation of a firm for the first time. It is amazing why Ms. Mozafarian was researching this firm if she has been its client since 2003, not to mention the fact that nobody would post their real names on this site.

I have been a happy client of this law firm since 2003. They are super nice people. They worked relentlessly on my behalf. My cases were handled very well. The staff is helpful, caring and customer service oriented.
