On April 4 2010 I took my car in to be serviced at D & L Auto.



I wanted these repairs Radiator Flush / Antifreeze Transmission Gear Oil Timing Belt Tensioner Water Pump Spark plugs / Cables Distributor Cap Rotor Clean injectors/ Changed all belts



On approximately April 15 2010 Daniel the owner of the shop called and told my husband that his worker accidentally punched or scrapped a hole in my oil pump.. But not to worry they would replace it for free. Daniel called to order the part and never told us that it could not be found. He left us waiting for weeks, until finally we called around trying to get the part ourselves, after calling we were told our part was on back order. During this time we asked Daniel if he would rent us a car being that we were only planning on a week in the shop not months. He told us no, it was not his problem that he couldn't find the part. I informed Daniel that I would only be paying him for the parts. He did agree to that. Finally when the part did arrive on May 15, he replaced the oil pump and on May 17 when we went in to pick up the car he told us no warranty because the car still may leak oil. We felt there was nothing we could do I needed my car for work. So we paid for the parts only, and now after driving it for a week it leaks a lot of oil ruining all the parts we had him replace. We have called him several times and he gives us the brush off.



My car never leaked oil before we took it in and now it runs worse than ever before and leaks oil.  Do not trust Daniel and his reject mechanics
