Hello,
I sent several letters with full rebate information, I get back Post Cards : "Limit one rebate per product per address". It was one device per letter per address. No rebate to conflict with another, because no rebate was sent. Bait and Switch sales. I'm smart if I never buy a D-Link Product.

The rebate place for Dlink did send a rebate. The strange people there misspelled my name. I made sure it was easy to see my name and clearly printed it. No where did I print the name they used. Good thing my bank knows me. I don't recall how much I should receive or how much it was. Next time I should be careful about a rebate from that address.

I sent an email to dlink.com and they sent me a reply. I checked the place they provided and found only 2 listings. I'm guessing this happend because they mispelled my name and created two names from one person. The other rebate is about something I never sent because it said school rebate, I remember I did not think that was a good rebate to send, what I sent was different. I misplaced my records and now I must trust my memory. I can find 3 new dlink products in my home. yet I my have only sent 2 rebates. One was a Router the other a Cable Modem are missing the UPC's off the box, it must be them.

This complaint about rebates is not about the rules. Its the lies. I bought 3 things and sent only 3, they madeup another to add I never knew of. They refused to give a rebate, there reason: one rebate only. They think they sent a rebate, they never sent. They spelled my name wrong: Seteven, its Steven. The other reason was late mail, the 4th thing I did not send was postmarked 3 days ago.
