D M Properties Don McMillin Slum Lords of the Worst Sort Long Beach California
I live next door to one of D M Properties "Premier" Apartment Buildings. On Sunday, a tenant was moving our and thought it quite proper to dump a giant old sofa not only in my yard, but BLOCKING MY DRIVEWAY! I called D M Properties and told them to remove the sofa. They did. They dragged it to the alley and propped it up against my garage!
Don McMillin, Maybe YOU live like some Trailer Park Trash, but WE DON'T!
A warning to any owner thinking of contracting with Don McMillin and D M Properties in Long Beach, So you really want your friends and neighbors to think you own a trashy building? Do you really want to piss off an entire neighborhood? Would YOU want to live next door to a building managed by a disreputable group of people like these?
A note to Don, I will be delivering this sofa to your home as soon as I can find the address and see how YOU like it!

I live on Molino, which is 3 blocks from Junipero, so I decided to take a cruise over to 315 Junipero and see for myself. Guess what folks? The couch is THERE! Yes, its all torn up and propped up against the neighbor's garage in the alley. I wish the Long Beach Police would arrest Don McMillin for Illegal Dumping! What I witnessed was DISGUSTING and we good citizens shouldnt stand for it! Don McMillin I will be Ashamed FOR YOU - since YOU HAVE NO SHAME!

Don McMillin and his trusty sidekick "Robert Vanatta" showed up at the scene of the Illegal Dumping today. To describe Donald Richard McMillin in one word- it would be "WEASEL" - He not only refused to take away the sofa in question, he had the nerve to try to 'sic' his bodyguard "Robert Vanatta" on me. He is such a PUTZ that he even denied that he was in fact Don McMillin. Too bad your secretary didnt watch Mission Impossible - she forgot to deny any knowledge of his actions! OOOOOPS! The man is even embarrassed by himself! To show how lowdown and sleazy this cheap b*****d is, He had the balls to call the Salvation Army and tried to "Donate" this hunk of trash. They sent a truck all the way over to 315 Junipero to "accept the donation from the Big Hearted Donald R McMillin - of course they refused to take it away. I have heard of sleazy cheap bastards - but Donald R McMillin, who also is a Real Estate Agent (Lic # 0053457) and is employed by Tradewinds Realty of 194 Marina Drive #202, Long Beach, CA - really takes the cake! Give his employer a call and let them know what you think about Licensed Real Estate Agents who dumps trash on other people's property. Call (562) 493-5506 and ask for Nick the Broker. I called the police - but of course he ran off before they arrived and the manager at 315 Junipero ran into his apartment and wouldn't answer the door when the cops came looking for him. My next step will be to call the actual owners of 315 Junipero and ask THEM if they would like me to toss Don's sofa in their front yard!
