Tom- this guy got me too! I paid him almost $3000.00 for a remanufactured engine that I never received. He gave me the run around of why it never shipped. Then he bought the wrong engine and had to cancel it and so on. He agreed to a refund. I haven't gotten anything yet. I have compiled some extensive research on this guy and would love to sue him. Anybody with similar problems please contact me at [email protected] and we will see what we can do to stop this shmuck! Thanks!

I have recently purchased a transmission from the same company on July 30th 2012. Since that time I have yet to receive my transmission and he had already taking my money from my account. I called him a week after and he said he just removed it from the car n would be shipping it by the following Monday I should have received it n have tried calling him but has not answered or returned my calls he gave me a new number to call n the old one has been disconnected I'm very worried that I to have been ripped off n had my money stolen from me. I wana give him a lil more time to receive it, it is a big item to ship but action must be taken if I do not receive it. I I will have to take him to court n would love anyone who has had this problem as well to appear or make a statement for the courts if it goes that far. the more people on our side the better off we all will be. Comments on this will help us find more people to back us up in court so please don't be shy n speak up if you to are a victim of this company
