Today I was informed by Felicia Ellis, Landstar Express America qualifications representative, that my Driver Application had been denied as a result of D.A.C. information that included an

unsafe moving violation/lane change conviction which originally occurred in North Carolina on July 24, 2002.

For your information (FYI), this charge was converted to a no points non-moving violation on April 24, 2003. Ive included evidence of a recent May 16, 2003 STATE OF FLORIDA Driving Record which verifies this change in driving record. Please note that the 07-24-02 North Carolina violation is now classified as no points and non-moving, thus requiring D.A.C. to correct their records and thus, avoid continued DAMAGE to my professional employment latitude and opportunities. If proof of this correction is not provided by D.A.C., I will not hesitate hire legal assistance.

I would hope that D.A.C., in their quest for validity and accuracy in their driver database , would take all reasonable efforts to verify/cross-check both D.A.C. and individual state MVRs, thus avoiding such improper incrimination. There is no doubt, an existing CONFLICT in this particular case which has damaged my employment with Landstar Express America as an O/O.
