Daily Saves Refuse to exchange my item for better size Champaign, IL Illinois
I ordered an item from Daily saves. Within 24 hours of receiving the item, i contacted the company because the item I purchased was too big and I wanted to return it. It was my first time ordering from this company, so I was unsure of whether the sizing was true to size. They responded back saying that since I ordered the wrong size, I had to make a completely new order and refused to let me exchange it for a better size.So now I am stuck with an item that I cannot use and they refuse to help.
