DAK Collectibles D&K Collectibles sold me Pirated DVD's that do not play and refuses to refund my money. Riverdale Illinois
I ordered a 4-DVD set from this company. They arrived 21 days later (after a few email questions regarding when they would ship). When they arrived, I found they were PIRATED COPIES that would not play.
I opened a dispute with paypal, but because they had been shipped with delivery confirmation, paypal considered this reason enough for closing the dispute. Basically, as long as you ship with delivery confirmation, Paypal will always side with the seller, no matter how fraudulent they are.
This is not the first complaint for this company. They apparently have trouble selling non-pirated DVD's that actually play. BEWARE OF D&K (or DAK) COLLECTIBLES' BUSINESS PRACTICES.
