Dalian aoya import and export co ltd dalain aoya import and export co ltd are thieves trying to sell chemicals on web that do not exist dalian China
Have attempted to purchase chemicals from China. Paid US$2331.00 on 11/7 /2013 into china construction bank dalian branch on a proforma invoice supplied by dalain aoya import and export co ltd.No paperwork or goods received as of 23/10/2013.Aoya not responding to emails.Complained to Made in China.com who i found original Aoya contact from but no help.Complained to china construction bank but no response.Complained to chinese embassy in Nz who officialy promote Made in China.com on their website, but they say thay cannot step into banking system.
Chinese government control the banks and it is not easy for a company to get a bank account yet they will not help.It would appear that once they have their thieving hands on your hard earned US dollars they won't give it back even if it is dishonestly taken.In hindsight i should have bought from an American company as i had to convert currency and at very least would have had the backing of an honest government system and laws.
