This report is to let those wanting to rent at Pompano Point in Ft.Lauderdale or any other condo/apartment complex associated with Dalland Properties or any of there affiliates to look elsewhere. When we originally signed the contract they made this huge fuss over writting every little  detail that was wrong with the apartment, fine I thought to myself great proactive...boy was I wrong.
Well here is a list of the things that were supposed to get fixed and never were (and then some):
1. Walls don't have even coats of paint on the walls, so the walls look dirty.
2. The neighbors that have dogs dump there dog sh*t under the stairwell. (THE SMELL RADIATES EVERYWHERE ).
3. The parking is horrible there are potholes everywhere and a drain vent that is 
a TOTAL HAZARD I PARKED OVER THAT HUGE VENT AND I THOUGH MY CAR HIT THE GROUND.
4. The toilet seat cover wobbles everywhere so good luck trying to take a sh*t.
The toilet paper holder is right next to the bathroom, everytime you get out of the shower the paper gets wet. 
5. The shower head terminal is rusting.
6. The bathtub is peeling.
7. The fuses are all wrong, you cant use 2 or more appliances at once. 
Either in the kitchen or in the bathroom. We have to manually reset the fuses and then unplug everything and hit the reset on all the wall sockets to get  the electricity back. HELL!!
8. Forget about leaving anything paper wise or envelopes out it gets damp and its ruined.
We have to place everything in folders and in a special envelope that keeps moisture out.
9. Our front window is CRACKED AND WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS MADE AWARE TO THE LANDLORD AND WAS NEVER FIXED. 
10. The A/C System is probably so old and full of mold. ( I acquired a chronic cough and severe chest congestion that cost me over $300.00 or more in medical visits to the doctor and medication.)
11. The light fixture in the kitchen has a bad circuit I tested it myself after I called the landlord  which I did cause well we need the light ...unfortunately the lights worked for a week and then it died WHY YOU ASK WELL BECAUSE ITS A PIECE OF SH*T LIKE THE REST OF THE CRAP HERE. 
The kitchen drawers are old and need replacing.
The refrigerator makes a loud "hiss" noise.
The wooden floor is uneven. 
All the original lights are halogen (all of the lights are ELECTRICITY HOGGING)
THE CLOSET FOR STORING THINGS IS THE AC UNIT BREATHER ROOM, YOU CANT STORE ANYTHING IN THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR CLOTHES TO BE FULL OF DUST.
The bedroom walls look like they've been patches very poorly.
The bedroom closet is made for ONE PERSON AND ONE PERSON ONLY!!!
12. The laundry facilities are horrendous forget about trying to get your clothes washed 
you have to use the nasty dirty laundry mats in town. (at least those have power).
13. Flooding in the parking lot. (DO NOT PARK IN THE DIRECT LEFT SIDE YOUR CAR WILL GET FLOODED, I SPENT $800 OR MORE ON GETTING MY CAR RESTORED TO USABLE CONDITIONS.)

In conclusion DO NOT RENT FROM POMPANO POINT!!!!
The worst thing of it all is that when you call the property manager your greeted
by an automated system that sends you to a VM.
