Santa Ana,#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

This complaint was posted by a disgruntled former employee. The Rip Off report states that they will not remove any postings on their website however slanderous or outrageous they may be. Stating that they are under the umbrella of the First Amendment.
They also state that if you pay them $2,000 for their VIP arbitration program you can have the false statement removed or modified. Since the reports are listed anonymously anyone can post erroneous statements about anyone.
It is also impossible to speak with anyone at the Rip Off report, so rather than pay them off with $2,000. We would rather take our chances that most people can see what their real objective is, which is not to protect customers or other people, but to make a profit off of unpleasant situations that often arise during the course of doing business.
If there was a valid complaint it would have been filed with the actual regulators who are very thorough when dealing with lending industry. This is simply a reaction from an employee who was distraught over being over being let go.
