 bought a 2008 f 150 kingranch truck from texas auto in houston tx. i drove down to pick up the truck paid in full with wire transfer. also purchased a extended warranty for the motor and power train the premium pkg. was told this is the best pkg $2700. motor had to be replaced $10000. wheelz didnt pay because i hadnt purchased a gasket ins. was never told of this little detail by the warrenty salesman or dept. i was mailed the policy. i was assured that i had the best policy i could buy.  know one i mean dealers mechanics anybody has ever heard of such a thing as gasket ins. totally a fraud

American Auto Guardian, Inc. (AAGI) administers the Wheelz Service Contract that Danny Jones purchased from Texas Auto.  The head gasket on Mr. Jones’ Ford F150 failed, and this component would have been covered had Mr. Jones purchased the optional seals and gaskets coverage that was listed on the front page of his Wheelz Contract. 

 Texas Auto is not affiliated with AAGI, and AAGI was not present at any conversations between Texas Auto and Mr. Jones.  However, the Wheelz Service Contract that AAGI received from Texas Auto to administer shows that the seals and gaskets coverage was not purchased.  Unfortunately, as a result, the head gasket failure was not covered.
