This is a property management company that consistently
takes monthly monies from the rents when collected. We found delay's when the
renter' s didn't pay we were told notices were placed on the renters door. When
talking with the renters they denied ever seeing these notices. We asked to be
notified when they didn't pay in the first five days, this never happened.
Rents collected in the first five days were supposedly sent out on the 10th
day. We would get the rent between the 22nd-28th or not at all. We were charged
for repairs, salt service and grass cuttings that never happened. All the
renters complained that they would call the office and received little response
to their concerns. Repairs when completed were substandard.
Also charged fees for anything they could AND kept all late fees for themselves.
They had no incentive to do their job, just collect fees.
