DANCE GALAXY BEFORE YOU ORDER, BE AWARE!! WE WERE TAKEN! North Bergen New Jersey
We ordered and paid in full for dance costumes from Dance Galaxy in North Bergen, New Jersey. We not only NEVER recieved our order but we had to purchase costumes from a differenct supplier for our June, 2007 recital.
Since then we have spent countless hours trying to get the refund that they claim they are going to send us. First it was going to be sent by July, then August.. September... and so on. Each time I call I get the run around and more empty promises. The "accounting person" always seems oto be out, or on another line. "She will call you right back" they tell you, but she never does.
We re currently working with the NJ Consumer Affairs Department and our lawyers to resolve the matter. Sadly, the money we would spend on a lawsuit would be great than the money we lost.
