THESE PEOPLE ARE GRADE A SCAM ARTISTS AND WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR WORK COMPLETED. THEY WILL TRY TO ACT LIKE NICE GUYS, MEANWHILE SCAMMING YOU IN THE PROCESS!!! THEY WILL AGREE WITH A PAY RATE WITH YOU OVER THE PHONE, AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT IN WRITING, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND... THEY WILL TELL YOU TO LOOK UP RATES ON THEIR SITE, AND THEN WHEN YOU GET YOUR INVOICE, THE RATE IS 10 TIMES LESS THAN WHAT YOU AGREED TO....
THEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU WILL NOT DO WORK FOR THEM ANYMORE THEY WILL TRY TO BLACKMAIL YOU TO CONTINUE BY SAYING THAT THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU ANYTHING UNTIL YOU COMPLETE THE REST OF THE ASSIGNED WORK... THEY BREACH CONTRACTS AND TRY TO BLACKMAIL YOU AND SCAM YOU AT THE SAME TIME.. THE OWNER ED, PUT THE BUSINESS IN HIS BABYMAMA/LIFE IN WHATEVER SHE IS SHAKILA BOOMSHIKIKIS NAME BECAUSE HE HAS SCAMMED PEOPLE IN THE PAST.. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Your rebutal is almost word for word the exact same as your no good crook son used when he was pulling the exact same scam. Look familiar, doesn't it? Where is Markeese Boler now? After changing the name of Sun Valley Property Services he deadbeated a couple more contractors and is hiding in a different P.O. box. His corp is being dissolved by the state of Arizona and he is being investigated for fraud.

To start, D"Angel Services is a great company looking to grow everyday. I have worked for multiple companies in this industry and when work was completed correct and on time I was paid for it but for some odd reason the same companies are on ripoff report along with D"Angel Property Services. So I think it's very ignorant that contractors come on here to post their negative comments about good companies when you know your work was incomplete or late. I have hired multiple subcontractors and a majority of these contractors just don't understand this business. If you complete work correct you will be paid for it. If not, clients don't pay and you will not be paid. In response to the ad I have emails, photos,and etc. of everything you have done for us if you did your job correctly you would have been paid the correct amount. There are so many vendors/contractors out there that cannot do anything correct. After deducting money constantly sending training forms and multiple phone calls explaining what to do you should get it but clearly not. If you complete the work correct the first time there would not be any issues. Contractorsclaim to be so experienced when you set them up with your company and once you get them started they have no clue on how things work.
Photos are the eyes in this industry and if you don't take correct photos there is no way we can prove work is done correct and Incomplete/Late work is not paid for or deducted by clients. In all contracts it states if work is not completed on time or correct it can results in no pay or deductions. What I would advise to most contractors is if you don't understand this business find a new field for your benefit.
Futhermore; if you dont agree with the rates don't sign the contract.. Rates are not on the site they are sent to you.
D'Angel is a great company and with good contractors work is completed on time along with great quality. With that being said I have multiple contractors that have been paid for work and that's being paid as we continue to grow.
Do the work correct and on time D'Angel Pays!!!
