Daniel P Gordon I have been recievng phone call s regardng a HSBC account that went delnquent in 2009. I spoke to HSBC and asked to file an issurance claim on this because t was a medcal issue. I now have to answer Eugene, Oregon
In Aug of 2009 I had a medical issue which became a court ssue. I had the insurance on my credit card through HSBC to cover such a problem. The problem is that they never sent me papers to file the claim after many attempts to get them.
Daniel Gordon says I am in breach of contract with Midland Credit, who bought the account from HSBC. HSBC has a pending lawsuit in Pensylvania regarding the credit protection that they charged for, charged if not enrolled, and denied claims to account holders. I have notified Daniel Gordon of this. The credit reporting agencies has removed these cards from my report all together pending the outcome of the suit.
I am hoping that collection agencies will get it together. To try to collect on a debt that shouldn't be is ludicrous. Until I fell ill, I paid my card off in full almost every few months. WOW!
I now have to come up wth the money to file an answer and hope the court goes my way. They have no scruples. Oh, by the way. I got a registered parcel from them that contained a summons. Sneaky or what?
